CI(UK) Ltd is now one of the first UK Certification bodies able to offer UKAS accredited certification services for ISO 22000, the latest food safety management systems standard. Our accreditation was extended in May 2006 to provide assessment services in the food chain sectors with direct food contact including farming, food processing, catering and restaurants.
This successful recognition by UKAS for ISO 22000 accreditation builds on the existing accreditation to assess organisations against ISO 9001:2000 requirements and HACCP. We are therefore able to offer food chain organisations a choice of certification approach; ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2000 with HACCP or ISO 22000:2005.
In association with an IRCA approved training organisation we are able to provide auditor training courses for potential ISO 22000 auditors and for those individuals that require a general understanding of the requirements.
